Philip Kotler, probablemente el mayor gurú del marketing, suele incluir en sus conferencias una transparencia con este texto:
  1. Marketing is the art of brand building.
  2. If you are not a brand, you are a commodity.
  3. Then price is everything, and the low-cost producer is the only winner!
Yo pienso exactamente lo mismo.
